Bank Transfers:

Placing your order this way saves us from paying credit/debit card processing fees so we pass this saving onto you.

All orders are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For, you will be required to sign for your order upon receipt of delivery.

International Deliveries

We go above and beyond to keep everything Stealth and Discreet. Your Seeds will come to you in a plain Jiffy bag envelope with our return address on the back and no reference to our company at all.
If you are having difficulty placing an order using a debit or credit card then the likely explanation is that your card does not have its CBP (Cross Border Payment) feature activated. This is quite normal and most card issuers do not activate this feature by default. The resolution is very simple. You should contact your card issuer and explain that you are attempting to place an overseas order and require CBP activating. Once this is completed (it takes around 2 mins to resolve) the payment should go through without issue.
For UK orders we do not send out tracking details automatically however you can request them if you contact us using the contact form on our website.
For international orders, we send out your tracking details automatically when your order reaches the destination country.
